Terms for using Wiseley.

These terms apply when you use the Wiseley website or app. They are written to preserve the consumer rights that apply where you live.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use Wiseley lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

A personal license

Wiseley gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and access content available to your account. You may not copy substantial content, resell access, scrape or bulk-download the catalog, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use Wiseley to infringe another person's rights.

Summaries are a starting point

A Wiseley summary is an editorial explanation of a book, not the book itself or an authorized edition. It may compress, qualify, or omit material. Health, financial, legal, employment, and other high-stakes content is general information—not professional advice. Consult the original work and a qualified professional when a decision requires it.

Subscriptions and purchases

The price, billing interval, included access, and renewal terms shown before purchase form part of these terms. Purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or an approved web payment provider. Cancellation and refund handling follow the controls and mandatory consumer rules of the provider used for the purchase. You can review available controls on the membership page.

Availability and account action

Features and catalog items may change as content is corrected, rights change, or the service evolves. Wiseley may restrict or suspend access needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

Ownership and feedback

Wiseley's software, branding, and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Book titles and author names identify third-party works and remain associated with their respective rights holders. If you send feedback, you allow Wiseley to use it without an obligation to compensate you.

Responsibility

Wiseley is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Otherwise, responsibility is limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these terms.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated and communicated where required. Continued use after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply, except where fresh consent is required. Questions can be sent to hello@wiseley.app. Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
